1978 450 SL Mercedes Benz

Having 2 convertible built 30 years apart...now I need to let go of one!

This is a classic 1978 450 SL with 186K is in a great condition, fast roadster, big 8th with a 4.5 ltr. engine with fuel injection, all injectors are checked and burns clean, takes regular unleaded, new interior & soft top, has a hard top was in great condition until the cat decided to use it as a scratching post! needless to say he is no longer a member of family! cost to change the liner is $350.00 I can either fix it or take it off the sale price when you buy it...all mechanical parts are in perfect condition, New Catalytic converter was put in in 2013, I have all the repair invoices since 2005 when I purchase the car, suspension has been redone. original paint still on...yes it could use a paint job but not priority, the gray patch area on the rear quarter panel was a paint bubble removed and primed. NO RUST under the car, running board or any where on chassi. The A/C needs to be converted to new gas but the compressor is still in good condition.
