2.Seller reserves  the right to:
a.Obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction.
b.Cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary.
 
3.Purchaser"s or Bidder"s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to Bid or Make an Offer to Purchase.
 
4.Buyer"s Inspection: I have done our best to disclose all information known in  the auction. I welcome  all buyers to have an inspection done; if you plan to have an inspection, please make sure you do so before the auction ending.  All Inspection fees are the Buyer"s responsibility.
 
5.Representations and Warranties  made by seller: This  vehicle is being sold "as is".  No representations or warranties are made by the seller or any representative of the seller.
 
6.Taxes & Shipping: Should this vehicle be imported, for example, in EU you must bare in mind the taxes: 7% should the car be imported through Germany or 6% should the car be imported through Netherlands!
I can offer assistance in delivering the car but the buyers are responsible for all costs.
 
7.Finalizing your Purchase:
a.I will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
 
b.Successful high bidder MUST contact me within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.  If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not  completed within 5 days, I reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.  Non compliant bidders will be legally responsible for the monetary damages incurred by such action.
The successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by bank; within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send the remaining balance of funds by wire transfer, or to pay cash
 
The terms of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State  of Florida without regard to any conflict of laws or provisions thereof that might indicate the applicability of laws of any other jurisdiction.
