Take a look at this "53 Chevrolet 2 door sedan !
As you can see in the pictures this is a very clean example.
1953 was the first and best year of a 2 year only body style and it seems the 2 door sedan is a very rare car.
I just purchased this car from the previous Idaho owner who was the second owner !
Imported to the Netherlands and comes with complete and clean usa tittle.
This car is a great investment.
Drive it as is, or make it an easy restauration.
Original 6 cilinder engine is rebuild and spins very smooth. Drive it anywhere !
This is a very original example. This "53 2 door sedan still retains it"s factory original correctly mounted cowl mounted Chevrolet date plate.

This 1953 Chevy appears to have the original strong 235 ci blueflame inline 6 cilinder engine that is running very well indeed. The previous owner told me the engine was rebuild with less than 10000 miles on her. You can drive her anywhere.
The engine retains its original intake manifold, original exhaust manifold, original valve cover (but chromed), Original "oil bath" aircleaner housing and the original carburator. Car has been converted from 6V to modern 12V electrical system.
Under the dash has been rewired too.
Only 6 cilinders but great  mean sound like V8.
Engine is backed by a smooth 3 speed column shift manual transmission wich also functions very well.
Beautyfull dark GM green with like new tuck and roll cloth seats.
Interior is very very nice. Nice original factory gauge clusters and a nice vintage original steering wheel.
This gorgeous "53 Chevy is nicely equipped including front and rear seat belts, factory power wipers, factory wing windows, factory gauge clusters with a 100 mph speedometer, original clock (not working), original chrome driver side exterior mirror, factory back up lights, new rubbers around all the windows and new door felt.
This "53 has stunning looks and awesome 235 inline 6 cilinder power as well !
These vehicles have an appreciate group of owners any of wich would be pleased to own this one.
The suspension and drive line all seems to be in good working order as well as the electrical system.
Check out the awesome baby Moon hub caps with the Chevy bowtie stainless steel wheel covers, wrapped in whitewall tires !
This combination looks outstanding on this "53 and really retains that clean "factory style".
This vehicle is in great mechanical condition and it runs and drives very well. It is solid with respect to the overall mechanical condition as well as the overall cosmetic impression.
